I guide discussion with strong facilitation, time awareness, active listening, and clear audience focus. I stay neutral, protect space for all voices, and shape questions that invite depth, insight, and useful takeaways. I research each topic, learn each speaker’s background, and prepare open questions that move past surface answers. I interview authors at live events and speak on book and mental health topics. I stay flexible, partner with organizers, and support speakers so they feel prepared and confident.

Copy editors polish your text to make it shine. They fix grammar mistakes, typos, and any plot holes or character inconsistencies. Plus, they often offer some helpful suggestions to improve the overall flow and development of your story. It’s all about refining your work so it’s ready for readers!
