Creating a space for your identity to be understood, affirmed, and centered without asking you to explain or defend who you are.a
Experiences I Work With
-
You deserve space to explore who you are without pressure to define yourself, prove your identity, or fit into someone else’s expectations. I work with queer and trans folks exploring gender, sexuality, coming out, relationships, shame, belonging, and what living authentically means for them.
-
Leaving, questioning, or recovering from harmful religious environments often means rebuilding parts of your identity, relationships, values, and understanding of yourself. I work with people processing religious trauma, purity culture, spiritual abuse, shame, fear, and the lasting impact of high-control religious communities.
-
Trauma changes how you experience safety, relationships, emotions, and your own body. I work with people living with PTSD and complex trauma to understand their trauma responses, reduce symptoms, reconnect with themselves, and develop a greater sense of safety and agency in their lives.
-
Questioning the beliefs and systems you were taught often requires examining what shaped your understanding of race, gender, sexuality, power, and belonging. I support people actively dismantling internalized white supremacy, leaving conservative or fundamentalist ideologies, confronting harmful beliefs, and developing values that better reflect who they want to be.
-
Depression and anxiety affect how you think, connect, make decisions, and move through everyday life. I help you understand what is driving your symptoms, recognize patterns that keep you stuck, develop skills for managing distress, and create meaningful changes that support the life you want to live.
